Dairy Plant - New Workshop Building

We were engaged to deliver the structural engineering services for the Tatua Dairy workshop and administration building. Our scope included the structural design of the building, preparation of detailed structural drawings, and coordination of documentation required for building consent with the Matamata-Piako District Council (MPDC). Throughout the construction phase, we carried out site inspections to verify that the works were being completed in accordance with the approved design and relevant New Zealand standards. Following completion of construction and confirmation that the structural works complied with the consented design, we assisted in providing the necessary documentation to support the issuance of the Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) by MPDC. This ensured the project was delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements while supporting the operational needs of the Tatua Dairy facility.
